Cancellation Policy
Dear Students,
Thank you for taking the time to review Our House Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy. These guidelines help us support you while ensuring a smooth and fair experience for our entire community.
Regular Classes (Single Class or Membership)
Managing your bookings
All cancellations and rescheduling are done directly through our App.
This gives you full flexibility and control over your schedule.
Please note that our team is unable to make changes from the system;
if the App does not allow an action, it means it cannot be completed.
Before 6 hours from your class

Memberships: The session will automatically return to your package.

Single classes: The credit will return to your wallet for future use.
All purchases are non refundable, but your credits remain available to you for future bookings.
After 6 hours from your class
The window for changes closes, and the credit is marked as used.
If a medical situation arises, please share a medical certificate, and we’ll be happy to return the credit to your account.
Pregnancy Support
We are here to support our pregnant students with extra care.

If you are attending Prenatal Yoga, you may contact our reception for help with cancellations.

Pregnancy related pauses or adjustments to memberships are always welcomed.
A medical note may be requested simply to help us keep records clear.
Membership Terms
To keep our system fair and consistent for everyone:

Memberships are not transferable

Memberships are not refundable

Memberships cannot be frozen or extended,
except for medical reasons, including pregnancy.
Workshops & Guest Teacher Events
Each special event may have its own unique policy depending on the teacher or organizer.
