The Power of Yin
A Yin Yoga flow that focuses on the intersection of body, mind, soul, and the balancing of energies through balancing energy centers. It is essential for Yoga to lift us through our day to day lives, and that is why we will be focusing on those centres to balance our endurance, potential, will power and self confidence. The session features easy postures, the use of props, prolonged deep gentle meditative time and relaxed breathing. Yin Yoga is designed to be quiet, restful, and rejuvenating.
