Slow Mornings: Yoga & Journaling Event
The concept of slow living You don’t need a big impressive routine to start your day well. A good morning can start with tiny acts of self-care, to find contentment in everyday moments, and to give yourself time to enjoy the little things instead of constantly rushing from one thing to the next. This session includes a short gentle flow to reset, meditation to restore , and time for journaling to reflect. Coffee and a light breakfast to follow.

If students cancel their attendance 12 hours before the start of the class/workshop, they will receive a full refund: - If students purchase a single class, they will receive a voucher to use as credit for any future activity. - Students who purchase a membership will get the credit refunded in their membership package. Cancellations within the 12h prior to the class/workshops will not be refunded.
