Pranayama - Breathing techniques for All
Very Low Intensity Open Level Breath and sound classes blend breathing techniques, gentle restorative yoga, and meditation with the sound of your voice and the harmonium. Attending regularly will help you learn more about pranayama, yoga philosophy, and how to use your breath and voice to improve your life and relax your mind. Who is it for? Open to all. Class is taught in English.

If students cancel their attendance 12 hours before the start of the class/workshop, they will receive a full refund: - If students purchase a single class, they will receive a voucher to use as credit for any future activity. - Students who purchase a membership will get the credit refunded in their membership package. Cancellations within the 12h prior to the class/workshops will not be refunded.
