High Intensity Level 1 Ashtanga for Beginners will guide you to the fundamentals of the traditional Ashtanga practice. You will be guided through the postures, breath, and gaze, focusing on technique and alignment. Who is it for? Beginners or those new to Ashtanga. Class is taught in English.
