We will start 6.30 AM. You can arrive any time until 8 AM. Teacher leaves at 9am. Mysore style self-practice is the traditional format for practicing Ashtanga Yoga. In a Mysore class, each student moves independently, according to the timing of their own breath, through the sequence of postures as they have learned them from their teacher. The teacher moves through the room, giving assistance, instruction, and guidance as needed one-on-one basis. Who is it for? Students at any level that want to learn & practice Ashtanga Yoga. Class is taught in English.

If students cancel their attendance 12 hours before the start of the class/workshop, they will receive a full refund: - If students purchase a single class, they will receive a voucher to use as credit for any future activity. - Students who purchase a membership will get the credit refunded in their membership package. Cancellations within the 12h prior to the class/workshops will not be refunded.
