Fitness and yoga enthusiast for most of her life, Sara developed a passion for Yoga which lead her to complete an Hatha/Vinyasa 200-hours Yoga Teacher Training in 2018, and her 300-hours Yoga teacher Training in 2022.
She continues to pursue trainings in Yoga, Reformer Pilates, Pilates and Barre. Throughout her years of teaching she attained substantial knowledge of the human body; concentrating on alignment, posture, strength and flexibility. The practice of Yoga has taught Sara that the truth lies in putting happiness, health and freedom as a priority.
