About Hela

She is always trying to see the world
from a different perspective - by looking at it upside down

Hela developed a passion for Yoga and arm balances in 2013 which later led her to do her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Hatha/Vinyasa.Throughout her years of teaching and self-practice, she attained substantial knowledge of the human body; concentrating on mindful movement, mobility, and strength.

Since 2019, Hela has been teaching yoga to help others connect to their breaths, build strength, find freedom within their bodies, and begin their journey towards peace.
