A sound infused flow focused on gentle heart opening stretches, preparing the body for deep breath-work that will balance your emotions and rejuvenate your energy.
The breath-work is a fusion of Wim Hof inspired practice to activate your conciseness towards your breath and balance your emotions, and will be followed with a somatic breath exercises that will tap into and release your mind blockages. This journey is immersed with designed melodies that will open up a new dimension of a meditative state.
