Ashtanga Basics Workshop
Learn the essential details of the Ashtanga system with Jelena Vesić. The workshop will cover the tristhansa technique (3 Places of Attention) and the counted Vinyasa (Moving/Breathing System) that makes Ashtanga a moving meditation.
TUESDAY, NOV 21ST - 6.00PM
Strength & Grace Workshop
This workshop will teach you how to access both strength and focus in your Ashtanga practice. Learn all about the techniques of Bandhas, the energetic and physical locks that harness and direct energy, and the special breathing technique used to keep the mind calm.
WEDNESDAY, NOV 22ND - 6.00PM
Led Beginners Class
Learn the fundamentals of Ashtanga Yoga. This class is suitable for total beginners. No previous yoga experience is required.
If students cancel their attendance 30 days before the workshop starts, they will receive a full refund, minus 10% processing fees. Later cancellations will be evaluated case by case.
